Strogino CS Portal

I have installed cs source and launched the updater. It downloaded update files, then when I press Patch it opens the blue cmd to update, but it doesn't update it and this message appears: "Update not needed. Running game...".
Then, when it launches the game, the error message appears: "Failed to load the launcher DLL: The specified module not be found"
I tried to reinstall the game and reupdate it many times with no results!
